Our young but renowned chef Josep Queralt is recognized for his innovation and passion for local ingredients, offering a modern interpretation of traditional Catalan cuisine. With roots in Ulldecona and with the title of Best Chef in Camp de Tarragona and Terres de l'Ebre, Queralt leads a professional and dedicated team that transforms each meal into a work of gastronomic art.
